JID – 32 (Freestyle)

JID 32 Freestyle

JID has opted for a surprise release of violence with a new song, “32 (Freestyle)”, which he announced via an Instagram post just a couple of hours ago. He’s been enjoying Paris Fashion Week’s recent run, but he felt it was time to give the fans some music.

He certainly performed well because he’s consistently delivering nasty bars on his latest numbered freestyle. The beat he selected for this should be recognisable to Playboi Carti fans as well, given that it’s the Opium boss’ “HBA” instrumental.

It’s arguably JID’s standout performance now because he consistently delivers flawlessly with his streamlined flow transitions and adaptable delivery styles. Aggressive punchlines significantly contribute to the raw energy of the track. “He ordered a twenty-piece from Interscope, he says he resembles a Kennedy when he’s wearing the Interscope logo, which is similar to Public Enemy’s logo.”

The track is still only available on YouTube. This track from JID stands out as one of the few in its style that has a genuine opportunity to be included on streaming platforms.

Following the conclusion of the music video – a compilation of the rapper’s high school football highlights – a message appears on the screen. “PRELUXE 7.4.25 GDLU 8.8.25,” it displays.

This Friday, JID will be releasing an EP featuring several singles from his upcoming solo album, God Does Like Ugly. Our exact number is uncertain, yet we’re still thrilled.
