JaNa Craig and Key Glock are “just very good friends.” On the evening of Friday, 26 September, a “Love Island USA” alum encountered TMZ, who inquired about her recent appearance in the rapper’s “She Ready” video and the pre-existing dating rumours.

“They were causing a commotion, huh?” Craig said, referring to how the internet reacted after she was spotted with Glock in New York. She later clarified, saying they were simply good friends. I’m not looking to start dating anytime in the near future. Being single is something I thoroughly enjoy. This is a very enjoyable chapter for me. Craig later elaborated that her recent breakup with Kenny Rodriguez is still too fresh for her to even consider starting a new relationship. She exclaimed that it was extremely fresh. Getting into another relationship would be utterly unpredictable, so I’m choosing to go with the current situation. I’m just relaxing. I’m behaving well, even though.

Glock’s music video for “She Ready” premiered on the same day his deluxe version of the album “All Eyez On Key” was released. The cameos featured Tia Kemp and Tasha Smith, with Craig’s co-star being his on-screen love interest.

When first spotted together, Craig told TMZ, “It’s not a date.” She clarified that they were simply working, a statement later proven to be accurate in spite of social media’s initial misperceptions.

The Memphis rapper revisited the viral moment with Craig during his “Pour Minds” interview on Friday. She confirmed that it was exactly what she had described. She told you all that we were working. You all just took what you all wanted to take,” he said, before making a joke that fans “rushed to their own conclusions” at the finish line.

Glock’s All Eyez On Key expanded on the original project, Glockaveli, by introducing 10 new songs in August. The addition brought the LP’s total to 31 tracks, every one of which was a solo effort.
