Jacquees & DeJ Loaf – Favorite One

Jacquees DeJ Loaf Favorite One

The late 2010s R&B scene was densely populated with prominent performers. The list includes artists such as The Weeknd, Chris Brown, Miguel, Frank Ocean, and Jeremih, etc. Two artists who are often overlooked are DeJ Loaf and Jacquees. Someone has particularly felt strongly about who should be at the top. He undoubtedly has the credentials to be mentioned alongside the most commercially successful artists of his era. His voice is unapologetically sexy, seductive, and utterly stunning. DeJ Loaf consistently infuses the genre with a gritty and feisty demeanor. In 2017, the two unsung heroes collaborated to release “F*** A Friend Zone,” a well-liked cassette featuring numerous underrated tracks including “You Belong To Somebody Else.”

Before then, they had another single, “At The Club,” which gained popularity around the release of their tape. Their collaboration would eventually come to an end in 2018, when they linked up for “Red Light” off Jacquees’ 4275. The duo is now revisiting their chemistry for the sequel, F*** A Friend Zone 2. They have been creating a lot of hype for the release on social media, but the exact drop date remains uncertain. We currently have two singles, “Just Another Love Song” and “Favorite One” released. The latter finds both singers showering each other with praise and confirming they are destined to be together. The atmosphere is lively, charming, and intimate, and we’re eagerly anticipating the project’s completion.
