Posting Halloween photos, often even ahead of schedule, has become a long-standing tradition among celebrities that we’ll never grow tired of.

Moments like Flo Milli and her son Sixx dressing up as Daphne and Scooby-Doo earlier this week, or Latto paying tribute to Lil’ Kim, showcase that rappers and R&B singers have truly given their all this year’s spooky season. We saw many amazing performances from popular artists such as Ice Spice, Freddie Gibbs, and GloRilla, along with a few others that will be featured later.

Below, browse through some of our favorite Halloween 2025 costumes from your favorite artists.

1. Latto

In recent years, the custom of dressing up as other celebrities has become a divisive Halloween trend, however, when executed correctly, it can be very effective. For instance, Latto posed topless in tribute to the album cover of Lil’ Kim’s The Notorious K.I.M. The Georgia Peach has “Big Mama,” whereas the original Queen Bee has “Big Momma Thang,” thus hitting the mark.

Lil’ Kim shared the same opinion. The winner was you, pooh. She wrote on X, “Love, love, love this, twin.” “We adore you, Big Mama!” “We love you, Big Mama!”

2. Ice Spice

It’s clear that no hair color appears unflattering on Ice Spice, who attended a Halloween event dressed as Sailor Moon. The rapper served as the main act for Verdy’s Harajuku Horror Night in Tokyo, making the anime-inspired appearance an ideal choice.

3. Doja Cat

Doja Cat has been in her French girl era since releasing “Jealous Type,” the lead single from her most recent album, Vie, which draws inspiration from the 1970s and 1980s. She then channeled that same energy into Halloween by wearing a costume for a sexy mime.

4. Freddie Gibbs

“Where’s my superhero suit?” Freddie Gibbs played into internet jokes about his resemblance to Frozone by dressing as the Incredibles character during his Colorado stop on “Alfredo: The Tour.” He burst onto the stage in the iconic hero’s blue-and-white attire.

5. Coco Jones

Coco Jones attended Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween party dressed as chocolate for her second appearance. The ICU singer’s appearance matched her pleasant voice.

6. G Herbo

G Herbo deserves a lot of credit for keeping up the good work alongside the guys, who don’t often compete with the impressive costumes the women in rap provide every year. The “Went Legit” rapper and his three children — Yosohn, Emmy, and Essex — dressed up alongside Taina Williams as the Scooby Gang. To his surprise, he makes a pretty great Shaggy.

7. GloRilla

GloRilla drew inspiration from Gabrielle Union’s character Conny Spalding in the film Two Can Play That Game during the holiday season. She accompanied her Instagram post with some unreleased music, which she presumably used as a teaser for what is to come on her upcoming second album.

8. Aminé

Nickelodeon fans will know exactly who Aminé was dressed up as. The “Caroline” rapper impersonated T-Bo from “iCarly,” accurately reenacting the comedic moment when the manager of the Groovy Smoothie attempted to sell Carly a bagel on a stick, earning a rating of 10 out of 10.
