G Herbo Claims His Blended Family Dynamics With Moneybagg Yo Are A Loving Relationship

Despite what social media may imply, things are currently amicable between G Herbo and Moneybagg Yo. On November 5, during an interview with Apple Music’s Ebro Darden, the Chicago-based rapper discussed their recent collaboration, “Feet On Land.”

Moneybagg Yo dismissed queries about the so-called “politics” of his relationship with Ari Fletcher, G Herbo’s eldest son’s mother, stating “We’re players, bro.” Life is indeed life. He said life is great. They refer to it as a ‘blended family’ on Instagram, or whatever, that sort of thing. It’s just a family, it’s not even a blended family.

Darden chimed in to say that Moneybagg Yo seemed like a “good guy,” to which G Herbo agreed: “He’s reliable.” The host observed that many men would struggle to cope with a situation such as theirs.

“We’ve never had any kind of misunderstanding whatsoever,” G Herbo replied. “It was just about asking, ‘When are we going to make music?’ kind of stuff.” Their initial collaboration was finally released towards the end of October. G Herbo confirmed the track won’t be included on his upcoming album, which is set to be released this Friday, November 7, as it’s actually a single by Moneybagg Yo.

G Herbo actually came together with Moneybagg Yo after pulling up on him on his own birthday. He said to Darden, “I went directly to the studio and we completed it.” The moment he played the beat, I thought to myself, ‘This is the one.’

Fletcher discussed co-parenting with G Herbo, their son Yosohn Santana, at the 2023 REVOLT WORLD event. She told Yung Miami that [G Herbo] says things, but he’s never in a situation where he can actually follow through. I believe it’s a joke. I don’t take him seriously. Occasionally, if you overextend yourself, it’s as if someone says, ‘Stop, I have a problem.’ I don’t find him intimidating like that, so it’s just ‘What?’
