Drake – NOKIA

drake partynextdoor some sexy songs 4 u album art

There’s rarely a time when a new Drake album doesn’t spark debate. The Toronto icon has particularly been the case over the past several years. This time around, it’s even more so. It’s an understatement to say he hasn’t handled the loss to Kendrick Lamar effectively. The crowd watching the musical dispute was unimpressed with the lawsuit and pre-action petitions. They were hoping Drake would respond or address it in some way on his music. On some very sexy songs for you, he has done so and claims that he’s moving on from it. His primary objective moving forward is to create an energetic and lively atmosphere. He specifically targets this with “NOKIA,” one of his own multiple tracks on this joint venture with PARTYNEXTDOOR.

Here, across the track, Drake appears to be liberated, as some of his playful vocal mannerisms make a reappearance. Fans have been raving about this song on social media, and one possible explanation is that a user expressed their enthusiasm by saying “Drake Nokia got me turnt and lit I can’t get this F*CKING song out of my head” in a post on X, marked with multiple fire emojis. People are sharing humorous dance GIFs to show their emotional response to the song. The beat on “NOKIA” is also highly enjoyable, with catchy high-pitched background vocals and vibrant synthesizers and keyboards. Elkan, one of the newer producers Drake worked with for this project, makes additional vocal contributions that enhance the track’s overall appeal. This track may not be to everyone’s taste initially. Before long, you’ll have no wish to stop it.
