DJ Maphorisa, Xduppy and DJ Tira have recently appeared on Tse Monate, a track featuring Al Xapo and Ricky Lenyora.

The beat is frenzied, combining elements of log drum chaos, bass stabs reminiscent of Gqom, and layered percussion that cuts through any speaker system. Zasha’s goal is not to be profound. The plan intends to close the club, smash car windows, and increase the atmosphere. It’s extremely loud, distinctly local, and completely unyielding.
