DJ Karri Assists Musician Tebogo Mashego, Who Is Stuck, To Get Back Home From Nigeria

DJ Karri has come forward to help up-and-coming star Tebogo Mashego after news broke that the Biri Marung singer was stuck in Nigeria.

On Friday, word about Mashego’s trouble spread quickly online, and people had mixed reactions, some feeling sorry for him and others making fun of the situation.

Many people mentioned DJ Karri in their messages, asking him to step in and help out.

On Facebook, Karri responded by saying he had been trying to contact Mashego but hadn’t been able to do so.

“I noticed a lot of you are tagging me about what’s going on with Tebogo G Mashego being in Nigeria. I’ve been trying to get in touch with him but haven’t had any luck, even Lee Jay’s daughter messaged me. I’ll keep trying,” he said.

A few hours later, Karri announced that he finally reached the musician.

He shared that he helped Mashego get a flight back to South Africa and even posted screenshots of their chats to prove it.

“Public announcement. My friend has finally got a flight ticket home; he’s leaving Nigeria today at 1:25 PM,” he said.

Fans quickly applauded Karri for being kind and supportive, thanking him for stepping up to help the young artist in his time of trouble.
