DDG & Karrahbooo – Easing Up

Given that DDG and Karrahbooo have the same level of confidence as solo MCs, a collaboration between the two would be a natural fit. This weekend will see the release of their debut album, “Easing Up.” This initiative is a collaborative effort with WORLDSTARHIPHOP, a platform that has been supporting artists of diverse levels of fame for several years. This year, LiAngelo Ball’s debut single “Tweaker” received significant promotion through their efforts. It has become extremely popular, as many of you are aware, and is currently one of the largest successes of 2025. Although “Easing Up” may not match its predecessors, it is a valuable contribution from DDG and Karrahbooo. The song features the Michigan and Georgia natives working with a producer whose style is reminiscent of the former’s hometown. The sound of jittery keys, glossy chimes, and slick hi-hats will provide a pleasant backdrop as the two rappers deliver their lyrics.

Each has acquired the necessary knowledge to reach the top and build a strong connection with their audience. DDG has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry. He is also returning to his content creation background by recording music in the studio with streamer PlaqueBoyMax. He has been producing tracks via the latter’s “In The Studio” series on Twitch, which features unreleased music from rappers he invites to showcase their material. DDG has become a viral sensation on multiple occasions already and in recent times. Karrahbooo has been navigating her career path since leaving Lil Yachty’s Concrete Boys in the year prior. She’s been getting caught up in controversy surrounding that situation due to online harassment from people like DJ Akademiks. She has been consistently rebuilding her own image.
