DaBaby and Yung Miami’s relationship status is not that of being in a romantic partnership. The couple left fans believing they would spend Valentine’s Day together, but ultimately clarified things on Friday, February 7. It has been revealed that they are collaborating on a new song, β€œIMA H** TOO.”

A teaser for the visual accompaniment to a release scheduled for February 14 has been shared by DaBaby, showing him and Yung Miami in a 2000s-style couples shoot, getting intimate.

“That’s my thing, it’s not for everyone; I don’t see any of that, I’m like Ray Charles; I’m not interested in what someone else is doing; I’ll keep it brief, like Kevin Hart,” Yung Miami said over the instrumental, which sampled K.P. and Envyi’s 1997 hit “Swing My Way.”

The speculation about their relationship began when DaBaby posted on social media, “Somebody find out if [Yung Miami] has a Valentine for next week,” late on Thursday, February 6. She retweeted with the phrase, “If you want me, you know where to find me,” after which he replied, “[On the way].”

“IMA H** TOO” marks the release of new music from Yung Miami, which is the first we’ve heard from her since mid-2024. In the debut episode of season two of “Caresha Please,” the artist behind “Rap Freaks” stated that Quality Control Music had essentially put her solo career on hold because it lacked sufficient “growth.”

According to her, she cannot release music currently because when she submits her work, she is told that her music lacks progression or that she is not improving, and is also informed that the fans she has had for a long time are now older and have changed.

Yung Miami began 2024 with the release of “50/50” and “CFWM”, her collaboration with Skilla Baby. In June, she and JT featured on Camila Cabello’s “Dade County Dreaming” from C,XOXO.

In contrast, DaBaby released the mixtape HOW TF IS THIS A MIXTAPE? in September. The 14-track project, featuring no collaborations, included a track titled “Reesha Roulette (Teach Me),” a tribute to Yung Miami, inspired by her card game “Resha Roulette.” He began 2025 with the release of “HIM”, which included Big Boogie.
