The women are showcasing their talents on Chris Brown’s “Residuals” challenge. Chlöe Bailey shared her rendition of the viral song on Friday (March 14), delivering a flawless performance where she hit every note perfectly.

The songstress sang about not needing to purchase a relationship for affection on the track from the 11:11 (Deluxe) album. Her warm, golden voice was prominent as she continued to sing, “You’re not even worth it, I’m out here looking foolish/ I should have paid attention to all the warning signs/ You’ve wasted all my time, and you’ll soon miss all the moments we shared.”

As the verse comes to a close, she ultimately decides that there is only one Chloe in existence, and none of the other women can hold a candle to her. The “Have Mercy” singer has been fairly secretive about her romantic relationships since partnering with Burna Boy in December, so it falls to the public on the internet to make educated guesses as to who the verse in question is targeting. The appearance of another woman in the “Residuals” challenge is a welcome development, particularly given her status as the reigning queen of music covers. According to a previous report by Rap-Up, the singer seamlessly collaborated on Tyla’s “PUSH 2 START,” prompting fans to request a remix featuring her; however, the feature ultimately went to Sean Paul, which was still a notable outcome. Following that, Chlöe discussed her interpretation of Bob Marley and The Wailers’ “Three Little Birds,” as well as her live performances of her own songs “Might As Well” and “Rose.”

Chlöe’s own music received positive reviews with the release of Trouble In Paradise in late 2024. The 16-track album featured her collaborating with her sister Halle Bailey on “Want Me,” teaming up with Ty Dolla Sign on “Might As Well,” and addressing personal issues on the prominent track “Same Lingerie.”
