More kids are on Cardi B’s agenda, if that’s what she wants. On Tuesday, September 9, in a preview of the fourth season of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” the rapper known for “Outside” said she isn’t planning to stop at having three kids.

“The more kids you have, the less chance you’ll end up in a nursing home,” Cardi explained. “One of my kids will take care of me.” She and Offset, with whom she split last year, have three children together: Wave, Blossom, and Kulture.

Interestingly, fans thought Cardi might be having a fourth baby during her trial against a security guard. However, she seemed to clear up those rumors when she teased “Bodega Baddie,” a song that will likely be on her new album, AM I THE DRAMA?

While chatting with Hudson, Cardi talked about wanting her three kids to understand that “there’s a whole different world out there,” apart from the cozy environment at home. “They have a lot of cousins, and many of my friends are still out in the neighborhoods,” she shared. “It’s not just about playing in the backyard with foxes and deer — there are also rats and mice. ”

Cardi gave birth to her third child, Blossom, in 2024. “I am really thankful for sharing this journey with you,” she said when she announced her pregnancy that August. “You have brought me so much love, joy, and renewed my strength! ” The rapper welcomed her baby the next month, but kept the name a secret for a while.

By June 2025, she showed off her youngest child to fans and confirmed that her daughter’s name is Blossom Belles.

Cardi’s much-anticipated second album is finally coming out on September 19. The album will have songs that have already been released like “Outside” and “Imaginary Playerz,” the latter taking inspiration from JAY-Z’s “Imaginary Players. ” Fans can also look forward to some older favorites like “Up” and “WAP,” which will also be featured on AM I THE DRAMA?
