Desperate situations need urgent solutions. On Tuesday night, Cardi B announced that she will be going on a tour to meet fans after joking that Atlantic Records cut the money they were supposed to spend on promoting her album AM I THE DRAMA?

“Because of the ‘Imaginary Playerz’ video, Atlantic Records has reduced the budget for my album. So, I just got the new payment, and the amount is. . . ” she joked, before revealing the not-so-great figure: $50.

“I need to travel and sell my CDs and vinyl records myself, so I want to let you know that I might be visiting your city next week,” Cardi shared. Starting next Friday, September 19, when her second album comes out, the “Up” singer will meet fans in some cities: Long Island, Atlanta, Houston, and Long Beach.

Fans who want to join Cardi at her meet-and-greet events must buy a CD right from the store where the event is taking place. As her website explained, “Buying the CD from a different store won’t let you get into the in-store event. ”

In the video, the Grammy-winning artist humorously stated that she is fine with fans buying either a CD or vinyl: “Whichever one you want, I’m good with that. Just get it.” Check out the video.

“It’s going to be the greatest meet and greet ever,” Cardi promised, while also joking that she is currently having a tough time. She mentioned, “They want to send me back to the Bronx… I’m really upset. If you could just buy a CD, or a vinyl, or a box set, it would really help me out.”

If you can’t attend the meet-and-greet, don’t worry. The rapper is going on her first major tour in February 2026. The tour will cover over 30 cities in North America and will end in April 2026.
