Cardi B Reports That She Is Significantly Over Budget For The “Little Miss Drama Tour”

With her “Little Miss Drama Tour” approaching in a month, Cardi B has informed fans that her plans are proving to be costly. She mentioned that she has exceeded her budget by a few million.

In an Instagram Live session on January 7, Cardi explained that they had to revise the budget multiple times, stating, “We redid the budget, so now it’s just like, I gotta go find the money or I would have to put up some of my own money for things that I want.” She expressed the challenge of repeatedly adjusting the budget.

Additionally, she noted the extensive choreography involved, sharing her desire to return home and her dislike for being in Los Angeles. “I don’t like being in LA no more. I don’t like it,” she remarked.

The “Little Miss Drama Tour” is set to start on February 11, traveling to various cities across North America, including Houston, Detroit, New York, and Chicago, with the tour concluding in Atlanta at the State Farm Arena with two shows.

During her Instagram Live, Cardi humorously acknowledged that her tour budget is not on the same scale as Beyoncé’s, but assured fans that she will do her best to deliver an enjoyable experience. “I ain’t no damn Beyoncé so don’t be expecting none of that,” she said. “I don’t got that production money, but I’m gonna give it all I got, and I’m working hard.”

Cardi did not disclose her current budget but noted that in 2024, she had received an offer of $65 million for her tour. A now-deleted screenshot of the proposal indicated a payment of $1.1 million per show and $1.5 million for festival appearances.
