Cardi B Announces That Her Third Album Will Be Released Within "Less Than A Year"

Bardi Gang have been waiting for seven long years for ‘AM I THE DRAMA?’, but they may not have to wait much longer for Cardi B’s third studio album. The rapper from “Outside” disclosed on Monday, October 27, that her fans will receive her full-length album in a period of “less than a year.”

She stated on X Spaces, according to Complex, that she sees a lot of people requesting a deluxe version or asking to create a remix album like Charli [xcx], but unfortunately, she is not doing any of that. “What I provided is what you will be receiving.”

Notably, AM I THE DRAMA? came with 23 songs, surpassing the number in her studio debut album. The project included earlier hits like “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion and “Up,” and introduced two new tracks in its bonus editions: “Don’t Do Too Much” and “ErrTime (Remix)” featuring Latto.

Cardi B is not abandoning her fans at this time. In her X Spaces session, she later stated, “Despite this, I intend to release a new project, another album, within less than a year, which is a significant part of my plans.” I’m seeking a fresh beginning. I have a general idea of what it should look like. It’s going to be different from “AM I THE DRAMA?”

Given the timeframe for her sophomore album, fans may view the proposed schedule with a healthy dose of skepticism. Noting this, Cardi has previously hinted at the sound of her follow-up to AM I THE DRAMA?.

The “I Like It” hitmaker conducted an Instagram poll in 2024, inquiring whether followers would be interested in a Spanish-language project. Nearly 480,000 voters had a ‘yes’ vote of seventy-nine percent, prompting her response, “OK, AFTER MY ENGLISH ALBUM.” Only time will reveal when that might occur.

It has been confirmed that Cardi will embark on the “Little Miss Drama Tour” in February 2026, after the birth of her fourth child. The new baby will be the rapper’s first child with NFL player Stefon Diggs.
