Music Manager and Mother of renowned artist Burna Boy called him the Afrobeat blueprint.

Bose Ogulu, the mother and manager of the acclaimed singer Burna Boy, recently shared her admiration for her son on Instagram. She praised him as the epitome of Afrobeat music and celebrated his enduring influence. She highlighted Burna Boy’s ongoing contributions to the music scene, underscoring his status as a divine blessing that brings joy without drawbacks.

Via social media, she said, “@burnaboygram etching his name in the sands of time. Legacy. So proud of @fromtheoutsiders & my entire Spaceship team. Champions you are! Ebunoluwa, the gift of God that adds blessings & no sorrow. You are indeed the blueprint”.

Her beautiful message to him was in line with his Performance at the 66th Grammy Awards. Despite his heavy loss of all nominations, Burna Boy gave an electrifying show with his band, The Outsiders.

Burna Boy, who won the 2021 Best Global Music Award delivered the first ever afrobeat artist performance at the Grammy’s. Although he did not win any of his four nominations for Best Global Music Album, Best African Music Performance, Best Global Music Performance, and Best Melodic Rap Performance, he put a lot of energy into his performance.
