BNXN – Laye Mi

Nigerian sensational singer Bnxn is preparing for his upcoming album with a new track titled “Laye Mi.”

The track “Laye Mi” presents a silky smooth sound that highlights Bnxn’s distinct vocal talent and poetic lyrical skills.

The chorus, with the Yoruba refrain of “emi, laye mi o,” remains vivid in the listener’s mind, evoking a profound emotional resonance.

Bnxn’s smooth vocals move smoothly between English and Yoruba languages, and his songwriting excels, exploring themes of love.

The song develops as a contemplative soliloquy and a love letter, set against a backdrop of lush guitar plucks and a mid-tempo percussive beat.

“Captain” is the upcoming album on which Blaise Beatz produced the song “Laye Mi,” due for release very soon.

The “CAPTAIN” album, a 16-track work, is the follow-up to Bnxn’s 2023 release “Sincerely, Benson.”

BNXN’s second studio album, “CAPTAIN,” includes guest spots from Rema, Seyi Vibez, Victony, FOLA, and the Soweto Gospel Choir.

The album was preceded by a series of Bnxn’s earlier singles, such as “Very Soon”, “Cutesy”, “Phenomena”, and “Fi Kan We Kan”, which featured Rema.
