‘Biri Marung’ Star Tebogo Mashego Asks For Help After Being Left Alone In Nigeria (Video)

South African musician Tebogo Mashego, who is famous for his popular song Biri Marung, has surprised his fans by saying that he is stuck in Nigeria without any money.

The singer became well-known when doctors and school choirs danced to his hit song. He shared a sad video on X on Friday, September 19, 2025, where he was crying.

In the video, Mashego mentioned that his team left him behind and wouldn’t help him with money, making him really need help to get back home.

“Life is tough. I told them that I didn’t want to go to Nigeria. Please help me so I can return home,” he asked.

The video spread quickly online, with many South Africans sharing their thoughts on social media.

Some people felt sorry for him, while others reacted with joking comments and disbelief.
