Bailey Zimmerman Lost ft. The Kid LAROI

Louisville, Illinois country singer and songwriter Bailey Zimmerman now has a brand-new album available today. Many of you may be wondering why we’re discussing it, but there’s a valid explanation for it. If you’ve been reading our more recent song posts, you may have come across a track featuring him and Texas rapper BigXthaPlug.

The title “All The Way” may be more familiar. The presumed lead single is for BigX’s upcoming album, I Hope You’re Happy. The sound will be a blend of pop and trap rap beats combined with country music elements. Him and Zimmerman’s collaboration has been a huge success in the mainstream, indicating that fans are currently interested in this fusion of genres.

It appears the “Backup Plan” singer has been forming connections with artists within the rap industry. The Kid LAROI, an Australian singer and occasional rapper, is featured in the joint effort Different Night Same Rodeo.

Laroi partners on “Lost” a song about how their breakups have them suffering knowing they lost someone special, coincidentally he is going through his own breakup. Reports indicate that he and Canadian pop star Tate McRae have separated, allegedly around a week ago.

The internet first became aware of it at that point. There’s certainly been some controversy surrounding it, but this song possibly serves as a way of expressing that he misses Tate. View the pop, pop rap, and country crossover listed below.
