Asian Doll Announces Her Engagement On Her 29th Birthday

Asian Doll is engaged. On Sunday, December 7, the rapper revealed that she was proposed to on her 29th birthday.

“I just got engaged on the beach on my birthday. What? I’m a wife,” she tweeted. Although she is now a fiancée, that detail is not particularly relevant. In a series of Instagram photos, the artist shared a close-up of her diamond ring.

She also posted photos from her dinner by the water, which featured a room adorned with black-and-silver balloons and a new Chanel bag. “Ain’t never had to fake it to make it. I’m really HER,” the caption stated.

“Congratulations. The ring is gorgeous. He picked a good one. Please tell us someone recorded the proposal?” one comment read under her post. Another individual added, “Happy birthday and congratulations on your engagement.”

One fan joked, “Just had a baby, where?” in reference to the musician welcoming her daughter, Mi’Lani, in September. On X, Asian Doll responded to some negativity after a user suggested that all her future birthdays “will be a bad memory” if she and her fiancé split. “Every day is my birthday,” she replied.

As previously reported, Mi’Lani was born weighing seven pounds and 13 ounces. Asian Doll shared a photo of her newborn lying on her back, along with a video of herself holding the baby in her lap.

Before going to the hospital, she detailed her hospital bag, which included socks, a robe, and matching bonnet sets for herself and the baby. “All of this right here is if I have her natural,” the rapper explained.

She added, “I could have a C-section, I could have it natural, you just never know. We’re going to put everything in God’s hands, but these are all the products I’ll be using.”
