Nigerian Afrobeats artists Magixx and Shoday have collaborated again on “Ferawa,” a lighthearted love song released six weeks after their September hit “CHE.” “Ferawa” was released on November 5, 2026, through Mavin Records and Canny Consults. The earlier song, “CHE,” was launched on September 25, featuring production by Shallythechampion. Its preview sparked the creation of numerous TikTok videos shortly after its release, creating anticipation for this new release.

The theme of romance is central to the song, with lyrics expressing a deep connection and a desire for a unique love. The use of Pidgin and relatable cultural references adds a sense of humor, maintaining a lighthearted tone throughout. The track feels like a cheerful love note.
