Victony – SLICK (Remix) ft. Don Toliver & Summer Walker

Nigerian artist Victony has collaborated with Don Toliver and Summer Walker for a new remix titled “SLICK (Remix).” The original track was released during his upbeat, dance-oriented Starlife era.

This is not Victony’s first collaboration with Don Toliver, as their previous work on the “Soweto” remix showcased their synergy. Summer Walker contributes an American R&B sound, broadening the song’s appeal. Additionally, the original had already charted in the UK, providing the remix with an advantage.

The production maintains a bright and rhythmic quality, featuring sharp drums, a vibrant bassline, and sparkling synths. Victony’s tone is playful, while his delivery remains steady. By establishing a clear atmosphere early on, he allows the featured artists to seamlessly enter the song.

Don Toliver introduces a dreamy, laid-back flow that adds a late-night vibe. Summer Walker follows with a gentle, soulful performance that complements the preceding verse. The overall theme revolves around charm, confidence, and capturing someone’s attention.
