EP: Abidoza – Club Controller

Abidoza has released a collection of instrumental piano tracks through his new EP, “Club Controller.”

For those who may be unfamiliar with the Amapiano genre, it is worth noting that nearly a decade ago when it first emerged, the sound was primarily instrumental and heavily influenced by Kwaito. At that time, it was largely accepted that Amapiano tracks did not include vocals, as the community was small and the focus was mainly on enjoying good music.

As Amapiano gained popularity in the mainstream music scene, vocal elements began to be incorporated, with Leehleza being one of the first vocalists to complement an Amapiano instrumental.

In this context, Abidoza’s EP, “Club Controller,” features 8 tracks that showcase purely instrumental melodies. The music conveys its message even without lyrics and includes contributions from artists such as Tumza D’kota, Calvin Fallo, Djy Vino, and others.
