Album: Loxion Deep – My Father’s Records

Loxion Deep has demonstrated the breadth of his sound palette with his latest collection, “My Father’s Records.”

For many, a father serves not only as a hero but also as a role model. Often, a father’s preferences in areas such as food, music, and clothing become influences on his children. Loxion Deep, whose father appreciates soulful and soothing sounds, seems inclined to create music reflective of those influences, particularly as he has matured into an influential figure in the Amapiano genre.

In crafting music that aligns with his father’s tastes, Loxion Deep presents this impressive collection titled “My Father’s Records.” This project highlights not only his versatility but also his developed sensibilities in music creation.

The album features contributions from both emerging talents and established artists, including collaborations with Bandros, Kandybeats, Zoolu & TP Bass on “Calm The Storm,” Gaba Cannal on “Smoke & Satin,” and DJ Stokie on “Amapholas (Soweto Vibe).”

“My Father’s Records” is available on various platforms and offers an engaging exploration of the soulful piano sound, reflecting Loxion Deep’s innovative approach to music production.
