EP: UMfulongashi – Le KwaMashu

South African Maskandi artist UMfulongashi presents his latest project, “Le KwaMashu EP,” which was officially released on August 3, 2026.

This four-track EP offers a deep exploration of cultural storytelling, emotional expression, and a fusion of traditional Zulu music with contemporary Maskandi influences.

With a runtime of approximately 16 minutes, the EP addresses themes such as home, love, identity, and the challenges of everyday life.

UMfulongashi collaborates with several artists, including Khayah Donda, Siphosenkosi, iNtandokazi kaMathe, Sizwe, uMjolisi Gwala, and Shenge Wasehlalankosi, who contribute rich vocal layers to the project.
