Davido Reveals 3 Artists Featured On New Album ‘Oriade’

Davido has provided fans with another reason to anticipate the release of Oriade by announcing three artists who will be featured on his upcoming sixth studio album.

In a recent Twitch livestream, the Afrobeats artist confirmed that former DMW signee Mayorkun, rising star Llona, and singer-songwriter FOLA will appear on the project. This announcement generated significant excitement online, as fans look forward to the collaborations included in the album.

One major topic of discussion is Davido’s reunion with Mayorkun. The duo has established a strong musical partnership over the years, creating several hit songs during Mayorkun’s time with Davido Music Worldwide (DMW). Their latest collaboration is expected to be one of the most anticipated tracks on the album.

The inclusion of Llona and FOLA also indicates Davido’s intention to support emerging talent in the Nigerian music scene. Both artists have gained notable traction recently, and their presence on the album may help introduce their music to a broader audience.

Interest in Oriade has been rising since Davido officially announced it as the follow-up to 5ive. The album is expected to reflect on his 15-year career in the music industry, exploring themes of identity, destiny, and legacy.

While the full tracklist has not yet been disclosed, the recent feature announcement has sparked speculation regarding which additional artists might be included. With Oriade set to be released on July 31, anticipation remains high for what is expected to be a significant Afrobeats album of the year.
