Killer Kids In Focus In Nas-Executive Produced Horror Film

Killer kids feature prominently in the horror film Ice Cream Man, produced by Nas.

The new trailer for the film, directed by experienced horror filmmaker Eli Roth, was released earlier this month. The story follows children in a small town who embark on a violent spree after receiving ice cream from a mysterious vendor.

The film promises high levels of gore and contains unrated content, as indicated in the trailer.

Nas is an executive producer through a partnership between Mass Appeal and Roth’s new company, The Horror Section, which he established in 2025.

“I’m proud to collaborate with Eli to bring these films to life and expand the boundaries of horror,” Nas stated in a March interview with Variety. “Eli and I shared the same vision from the start, and partnering with him and The Horror Section feels natural. I’m eager to take the genre in a new direction, and ‘Ice Cream Man’ is just the beginning.”

Roth expressed similar enthusiasm about the collaboration.

“Nas is one of the most influential storytellers and cultural figures, and we connected immediately over our shared passion for horror,” Roth remarked. “We are excited to work with Mass Appeal, known for its strong cultural insights and understanding of what resonates with audiences.”

Ice Cream Man is scheduled to be released in theaters on August 7.
