Drake’s gold and diamond Rolex, worn during the promotion of his 2011 album “Take Care,” has been listed for a sale price of $500,000.

According to a listing from Wind Vintage, a watch company based in Palm Beach, Florida, owned by watch expert Eric Wind, the Rolex GMT Master II timepiece adorned with gold and diamonds sold for the advertised price. Naijahomeland contacted Wind Vintage for more information about the watch.

Charlie Dunne, a Senior Watch Specialist at Wind Vintage, clarified that the watch is not owned by Drake himself. Instead, it belongs to a colleague who lent it to Drake for the photo shoot and related promotional activities for the “Take Care” album.

Eric Wind stated to WatchPro, “I have never seen the collectible watch market as active as it is today. We are selling watches very quickly, often within minutes of listing them on our site. There is a diverse group of knowledgeable buyers involved in this market, which indicates stability rather than fragility or risk.”

The Rolex features a full-link bracelet with some light wear on the clasp and minor scratches on the caseback. It comes with its original box and an official authenticity document. The sale also includes various OVO memorabilia, such as a Swiss army knife, an OVO owl statue, exclusive apparel, and a backstage VIP pass.

Naijahomeland has reached out to Drake’s representative for comment.
