Ab-Soul, J. Cole & Daylyt – Collard Greens (11.11.23)

Ab-Soul has been consistently sharing quality tracks on Instagram lately. His latest release pays tribute to two of his favored collaborators and writers in the rap scene: J. Cole and Daylyt. “Collard Greens (11.11.23)” is a remix of Cole and Daylyt’s collaboration “A Plate Of Collard Greens,” which was released on YouTube in September 2024. Soulo’s new verse at the end is energetic and expressive, which aligns with the TDE MC’s style. Although the original version of this track is not available on streaming services, fans are hopeful for an official release of the remix or more collaborations among these artists in the near future. This release drew attention due to Cole’s rumored retirement, suggesting that he may continue to engage with rap fans moving forward.
