Coi Leray has generated significant online attention once again. On January 1, the rapper shared a mirror selfie that led many to speculate about a possible breast augmentation.

In the post, she included a photo of herself in a pink robe, captioning it, “Surprise. It’s 2026 and I’m still the baddest b**ch.” Along with several images of her baby Miyoco and a video previewing her music in the studio, Leray also showcased close-ups that suggest a change to her physique.

Responses to the post included remarks from R&B singer Andrea Vallé, who mentioned saving for her own procedure, and Angel Reese, who commented on the photo. Dreezy expressed approval, saying, “They [are] cuteeee,” while another user remarked, “I’m here for the new set of twins.”

As of this report, Leray has not confirmed whether she underwent any procedure. However, she previously expressed interest in breast implants and shared insights from her consultation experience with others considering the surgery.

She posted on X, outlining key points she learned: implants typically last 10-20 years, arm movement is restricted for a month post-surgery, implants can burst, and they may shift with heavy lifting. Additional aspects she noted included potential scarring and changes to nipple size, along with the importance of massaging for post-operative care. In another tweet, Leray shared a video of herself with a silicone implant.

Despite the speculation, Leray is set to release her next project in 2026, having teased it with singles like “Pink Money” featuring G Herbo and Bktherula, and “Act Like You Know” with Shoreline Mafia.
