Album: $uicideboy$ – Thy Will Be Done

The indie-rap duo $uicideboy$ from New Orleans has released a new album that continues their exploration of personal and spiritual themes. This new project, titled Thy Will Be Done, follows August’s Thy Kingdom Come and delves into topics of faith, recovery, and redemption that have emerged in their recent work. In recent months, Ruby da Cherry and Scrim have shared their faith publicly and discussed its role in helping them address addiction and trauma. These themes are present throughout the album, featuring Christian imagery, biblical references, and reflective moments that seem genuine. On TikTok, Scrim has openly discussed his sobriety journey, sharing experiences during the duo’s GreyDay 2025 tour. Musically, the album maintains the dark and intense style fans are familiar with, but it also incorporates a new perspective, merging themes of pain with gratitude, accountability, and faith.
