Drake And Sophie Brussaux Host A Cowboy-Themed Celebration As Adonis Turns 8

Drake’s son marked another major life event, which was attended by both his mother and father. Drake, also known as the 6 God, and Sophie Brussaux invited friends, family, and loved ones to celebrate Adonis Graham’s 8th birthday.

Drizzy and Brussaux’s son celebrated his eighth birthday on Saturday, October 8, with a lavish yet child-oriented celebration. The celebrations were all centred around a cowboy theme, appearing to include a “wanted” poster that featured an image of the back of the birthday boy wearing a cowboy hat and a denim jacket.

Although God’s Plan rapper and Brussaux are no longer in a romantic relationship, they appear to be in sync when it comes to raising their child. A viral video features Daddy Drake brandishing a knife as he’s accompanied by Brussaux and Adonis in cutting a substantial, cow-spotted cake in front of the accumulating crowd. Over the weekend, Drake also posted a photo on his Instagram Stories of Adonis in a squatting position.

On 13 October, Monday, Drake shared more of his own images from the weekend festivities. Among the adults present were the Toronto rapper’s father, Dennis Graham, and his mother, Sandi Graham. Drake’s ever-present security, Chubbs, who is also an OVO stalwart, was in attendance. It appears that Adonis and his friends were also having a good time playing video games. Drake’s business life hasn’t been particularly joyous. A federal judge recently dismissed the defamation lawsuit he had filed against Universal Music Group. Judge Jeannette A. Vargas found in her decision that the “certified pedophile” lyric in Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” diss track is deemed a “non-actionable opinion,” thereby it is not considered defamation. Drake’s lawyers state that they plan to file an appeal. The rapper is also preparing for the launch of his ninth studio album, which is reportedly scheduled to be titled Iceman.
